不以结婚为目的恋爱不是耍流氓

至理名言，不以结婚为目的恋爱就是耍流氓。我到认为只以结婚为目的的恋爱才是在耍流氓。校园里的初恋都是在耍流氓吗？恋爱时候的交往就是试婚和婚前磨合，如果每个人都以奔婚姻的目的那还要交往来干什么？

结婚证就是对爱情的一种不信任，对于你爱的人的一种质疑。你看看朋友间的感情多纯粹，合折来，不合折散。你会要求朋友给你一张有法律效应的朋友证吗？怎么到了爱情就那么介怀了呢？

我觉得结婚就是水到渠成，锦上添花的事情。我觉得没有爱情的婚姻才叫耍流氓。结婚证是谁想出来的垃圾东西？平心自问，它的用处到底是什么呢？

Yeah, got my first full month (July) paycheck. My commission for the month total up to $2070 + basic $2050. I am happy although I am not the highest. Jonathan got $5000 + for commission alone.

 Due to the different nature and perspective I could not get so much as he give many cards per customer and plus shield plus loan. The full august month i expect to get higher as there is buffer from previous month and loan amount starts coming in. However, these 2 week I am quite slacking and AB most of the booth. Gonna buckle up till end of august.

Going to office early like 7:30 to clear my forms today. Hope good sale come later at TPY.

These few days chiong until I wanna puke. Very awfully chocolate. Shanghai dolly is not bad place to hook OL. Hee, Get to know 阮翠庄 at V2. The name I like it so so much. 翠庄，she really sing very well, so my first virgin flower I give to her. Hee

Recently addicted to anything that have soup. Enjoying hong kong style.

Passed RES

Yeah! I so happy that I had passed my RES paper 2 retake. I was jumping up and down in Tiong IBC. I so happy that I want to treat people to go Ikoi Japanese restaurant. Decide to invite the group chat people all go and eat!!

That same night went to Buffet town with Qinghe to celebrate. We had the oyster buffet and sashimi buffet that I always wanted. Finally, craving got satisfied. One more things took off my checklist. Replaced with a new checklist for this year. I am planning to buy a Honda CR-V before going to start RES. Hope my sales and commission is able to pull this off. Now the total loan ratio of 60 had kicked in, to buy a Honda I need to work super hard!

Love the work and the people working with me

This job is draining and if not for the people working together and the payout, I had given up. And I love my team CT lead my hansel, not like other TM so regimental. Kind of let us auto pilot as long as your number not too far off. I need luck for loan like seriously. I am the worst performing loan loh.

Since working in CITI i had been pubbing non stop. Someone please help me, too many distraction for all the DSO liao

The conjuring review

They said that conjuring is the scariest movie of the year. I was skeptical and went up the net to read the review. I always trust tomatoes review and they had a 85 rating. Not too bad i thought. One line within the summary caught my eyes, "the movie is given R rated not because of gore and violence, but purely because it is too scary."

I was elated and became so excited that i need to go watch it in the theater or regret for the rest of my life. Well it didn't disappoint luckily. I went on a crash date with estelle whom prospect me for survey at tiong bahru. I mean this really scare the crap out of me. The movie is breathless. It kept me anticipating for the moment of surprise but kept procrastinate the surprise. As you thought the "saw" director mocking you when you thought you know it all, but you don't try to guess his plot. It something very new.

Example the child try to peek under the bed, you thought the director is going to give you a scare under the bed but no. It just didn't. You are constantly holding your breadth. The air of anticipation is so thick you can cut it with a knife.

I jumped out of my seat a couple of times and bitting my fingernail all the time. I was so engrossed into the scene i swear out loud in the theater.

I am glad i went watch it. We both had a good scare. It really didn't disappoint.

I know we are close, better half.

Till today on the cab home i suddenly had an enlightenment. All the grudge suddenly got let off. The envy and green, the anger and all had been put down. End of the day the good three years had been spent. And you are still the only person who knows me the best. Am i a good person, are my family good and my character i mean it needs no explanation.

Right now i also see you are really in good hand. I hope the best for you. He is really nice and caring and definitely a person worth holding on and relay on. But no matter what, no one can take away the good 3 years together. Either from you or from me.

As for me. I am chilling out right now. I understand to build a lovely family, we need to have foundation built right. I am slowly but surely starting to build it from the basic. My opinion, its never too late. The right one will come alone when i am prepared. Who will accept me for who i am and who i ain't.

I am imperfect. I need my better half. While i am looking for her. She is also at the same time seeking for me. With love, my future better half.

Citibank end of first month

First month into citi. At first i was really weak on my paperwork. Even though my stop rate is good, my conversion rate is weak at the beginning. 1 week into the job, applications start coming in, but i wasnt monitored and given enough guidance to do paperwork. Slowly by asking around i got the hang of it. Soon my numbers starts coming in and i have good and healthy number of rc and cc. But then NTB still lacking. 3 weeks into the job i started to focus more on NTB and slack a bit on my add on cards. However end month my loan is really low.

All the clique from the training course had all went into full attack mode, all like total concentrate on sale target. I really missed training time. Ya. But i am not way slacking behind others. Me working super hard as well. My MIS is climbing slowly but surely. I managed to be in the 30+ of the MIS list. My aim before probation end is to be inside the top 20.

Jonathan on the other hand is doing exceptionally well. As his MIS crawl from top 30 to 7 to number 1!!! Top sale man beating all the other old bird!!! Claps. His comm must be in the 10k range. Congrats.

This job really isnt for a lot of people. U really need focus, concentration, time management and perservence to excel in this job. Nice place to climb up my cm data base.
