Last semester started

Today got a little free time, so I am going to blog a little about these 2 weeks. I know I had been neglecting the blog for a long long time. But kinda busy nowadays.

School had started, project came rushing in one by one. Modules were difficult and I had a hard time understanding what teacher were teaching. Though want to work hard in this semester but felt that my heart is somewhere else.

Hmmm, actually nothing much happened these 2 weeks. Busy with school work, then everyday after school hang out with Liping window shopping around. Low in cash hence had to work almost every free day I left with, including Sunday! Super tired.

Last weekend, went over to Liping house for one night. First time going up so don't even dare to face her father.. He allowed me to stay overnight sleeping in their brothers room. Sneaked in her room at the middle of the night :p

Okie. Both of our N82 admitted to hospital. Mine one speaker not working. Factory fault, I didn't drop or anything. Just "lost its voice" all of a sudden. Liping dropped the phone on the floor and dented the volume rocker and spoil the motherboard :(

She sold off N82 for $170 making a $110 loss over just a few weeks. I got mine fixed at Yiwei's shop for $10. They changed my speaker. So finally got my both speaker kicking strong and healthy. Unfortunately disconnected my camera module accidentally :( Had to wait for next week till I free before going back to get them fixed again. No camera for me this week.

Today, Yiwei offended one auntie customer. She end up calling the police as both of them refused to reconcile to the dispute. Some issue on the top up value the auntie's phone. Yiwei fucked her with vulgarities and the auntie scolding fiercely back at him. Haha, so fun to watch.

Well... These 2 weeks were nothing to blog about, unfortunately. Too engrossed with my busy schedules.

Sabai with Golfer's Colleagues

Yesterday went with Golfer's colleague to celebrate "Mami" birthday. Initial they suggested the NTUC club at CCK. Turning out to be a big big disappointment. Totally 福建之夜 loh. Sort of like an indoor 歌台 show with air con nia. Then somemore all the auntie uncle dancing out of sort cha cha. Any song also dance cha cha, I don't know how to join into the crowd also.

Then end up, I suggest going to Sabai Sabai. Some of them under 18 years old, we prayed for miracles to happen. And it did! The bouncer didn't check any of our IC.

We missed the liveband when we settled down in Sabai, so had to wait 45 minutes later for them, so we just order bottle and beer. Drink drink drink, then a bit tipsy liao, the liveband starts. Very high loh. All dance like siao char bo like that. Crazy nightz...

I totally like working part time during holiday. Otherwise I will just slack my time away because too much time for too little things. Now working, I had very little time for too much things hence I had to be objective driven and prioritize my important stuff. I felt more efficient already.

Already one week into the job and I am working like veteran. Quite acclimated with the job and people. What best is, the two important people working with me. Let's see some action!

Working at Golfer is really enjoyable, with all great colleagues. A lot from different course in Ngee Ann, and other Malaysian Full Timers. They are really all so funny, their Malaysian jokes and vulgar were so cracking funny :) $80 a day. I think I will still carry on working after school reopen.

Anyway, school starting really soon. Last semester already. Going to say goodbye to poly friends very very soon. I had already recharged to my year 1 mentality. Full horse power on study since now I 坐九望十 in my level standings. 对于 golden medalist, 我是志在必得 already.

Okie right pals, by now many people might be speculating and gossiping my current status. I would wish to publicly announce that I am no longer a virgin, sorry... SINGLE. I am now attached and available, ahem typo... unavailable. To all girl looking for perfect boyfriend/husband, sorry for the cruel fact. There is just one less option for you already. Because I am taken. WAHAHA!!!

I know you would ask. But I think you might already guessed.

She is known as CHIN LIPING aka CLP (CAO LAN PAH), aka xiao ping ping, aka "HUM JI BIN". Sorry I know calling names are rude but... that's another way to prove that we were close enough to do that.

The reason that I am making it public was, firstly to avoid people saying "Wa Lau, got GF, sip sip lo". Secondly, Andy Lau's incident had reminded me not to treat the girl so unfairly by hiding away from his fan for so many years. Third and lastly, I am proud to have her as a GF so had to entitle her the 大嫂 status mah.

Don't tell me I am impulsive. We have known for 2 years and had always been close. We though it might be time for us to move to the next level since we were already unofficially boyfriend/girlfriend close for so long. It is just the matter of time.

Don't tell me I 老牛吃嫩草. Both of us thinks our age doesn't bother us. In fact, 8 years of difference sound just nice. I am old enough for her, and she is young enough for me. "Age is nothing but a number" I am 8 years more experienced so I thought.

Of course Cruise looked much younger while I looking much older. I always tell people I had a 26 years body, 18 years brain and 30 years attitude.

Don't tell me that I looking for replacement of something or someone. This is a very unfair comment and thought.

New hairstyle, currently undergoing image reconstruction program. 所谓玉不啄,不成器. She really has very nice features and always wear a big big smile. Too bad, she is very persistent over her old image that trying to make her up is almost impossible. I understand it is hard to give a sudden 72变 overnight. I, myself is also very very persistent. But I do hope I can get Ethan influence on dress sense and stuff. Making up and wearing properly presented clothes are basic social etiquette, failure to do so is almost a display of disrespect to the person you are going out with. Oh, partly because of my "Amercian size" body and beer belly, many nice clothes just looked weird on me making my selection of clothes kind of limited.

side note: Ethan is my secondary school bestie who is currently studying in Graphics Art and Animation course in Ngee Ann. Who achieved 3.91 GPA for his first semester. *Claps*

We first met throu her sister, Li Ying who was a skate club member with me and shihao. Her course enrollment in Ngee Ann was how we first get to know each other. Soon, I met her again during freshmen orientation program which I held a "organizer" post in the BE committee. We chatted somemore....

During GV annual meeting is the time, where we actually exchanged number and start hanging out together with me and ShiHao. Bukit Timah Food Center for supper to Beauty World's Pool. Slowing we started "dating" ( as in going out alone ) at CSC for bowling. Shopping at West Mall. We became good friend very soon. She started staying over at my house on my birthday. (with ShiHao) also. Then followed by going oversea to Shen Zhen together.

Voice: "When did you had a crush on her?"

Seriously, I had always treated her as a good friend, 红颜知己. Although a lot of gossiping behind us saying that we had been too close or stuff, we overlooked them and carried on as best of friends calling each other on the phone almost everyday for hours. I realized during my 2 months attachment in Australia that I had been missing her so badly that I believe it started from then. (Total 1.5 years friendship)

Voice: "Who initialed the relationship?"

Me. Day 5 at Shen Zhen I sort of give her some hint but she thought that she had been over sensitive at the time. After returning to Singapore, just almost before my birthday, I confessed. She did not seem as a total surprise, so she suggested we would trial it out.

Voice: "So, tell us what quality of her that swept you off your feets?"

Errrrr.... Obedience, casualness, kind heartedness, gentleness and her cheerful behaviors.

Voice: "Hmm, so any last words you liked to say?"

Yes, but definitely not that 3 words yet. I don't think it could happen so fast. However, I like to tell her that I know that she went through a lot and had suffered a lot too. Sometimes she is really so helpless and lost.

Past is something to reminiscence. Future is something unexpected. No one can change anything that had already happened or know what is going to happen in the end. Present is what matters most, and as from this moment, she can be rest assured that she can always find a shoulder to rely on if she ever needs.

30th Sept 2009 my twenty plus birthday

I am one year older, again.

Hate hate hate to grow old. I wish to stay young and handsome, always. But the reality is always so harsh, looking back I see 26 years of time quietly slipped away. Reflecting back, I still haven't achieved much. However, as optimistic as I always am, I am looking forward most of the time. Everyone tend to have regrets and mistakes in the past, what most important is that we can plan our future and work double hard towards it. Someday, I will stand equivalent with other people who overtook us :)

Hmmm, still many people remembered my birthday and wishes me. Not facebook reminder one okie. Remembered by heart one!! I am grateful. Thank you.

Thanks so many who helped me celebrate my birthday. I just kept it small, nothings big so don't be angry if you are not invited. Not like I am throwing any party or what ")

Hmm, I think going to work regain me some sense of urgency. If not, I will be at home rotting and like owing endless time without much output. Now working, I felt like utilizing every second every minute. More efficient = more work done within the same span of time. :)

My 2nd Prawning fishing at Bishan Park

Few nights back, chill out with LiPing and Yong Sheng till late at night, then suddenly thought about going to prawning and off we go.

Since everyone was sort of pocket tight, we share one rod for 3 person. I think it was just nice you know, if you are like prawning with one rod for 3 hours straight, you surely lost interest quickly. So we shared among us, each till we caught something.

Bishan Park 3 hours for $30. So working out around $10/per person. And good thing is you can smoke, drink coffee, chit chat a little while waiting for prawn to take the bait.

Then got one Indian uncle see us like not very good a prawning he came over to teach us a little. Well, very kind. He slowly one by one surprising us with his personal little "gadget". First, he brought over some live worms, suppose to be better than chicken heart and sea clams. Then he change our hook to bigger one.... change rod.... show us how to prawn.... then he literally just starts to help us catch. We could only watch innocently and listen to him grumble. He like prawned for 1.5 hours and we just sit there chit chat among ourselves and see his occasional catches.

Hmm, luckily he gave us all his prawn after our hours. !!! I think got around 20 prawns. So if adding up ours, like around 30plus prawn, which was a lot compared to last time I booked 2 rod for 4.5 hours. Paying $60!! Today so heng, got kui ren.

So around 4am in the morning, we finished our 3 hours, so its time for us to cook the prawn. Ver gross killing and poking the prawn backside, but at least I kill the food I eat. Some people just talk like they so holy, don't kill the small creature. But they eat the food prepared by other people, so like they enjoy the result without committing 'sin' during the process. Super SINNER!! Okie, so you wondering how I prepared the prawn?

Later after BBQ, we sit around a quiet place with Ali to finish up the 40 plus prawns. Some really big and juicy prawns. Eh I mean crispy :)))))

I love prawning. Just laze around and chit, smoke and enjoy the rush from baiting the prawns. Nice place to hang out at night with moderate of damage to pocket. I suggest following our hours, 3 person sharing 1 rod for 3 hours. Each only pay $10 for the night. Of course, don't expect to be as lucky as us to take other people's prawns.

You know last time we don't really have much things to do at home, so we like to hang out at arcade a lot. Some most of the games are hard to beat, always die. So we kind of like spent so much money on arcade lah. Seem like most of the games are made as a money cheater.

But Sango 2 turned the table and made us the money cheater. We spent so much game to beat the game, looking for cheat and guides, we can easily beat the game in 1 credit. And the game can last like 2 hours. In the end, we were so hardcore that we even go and discover game bugs that can "Jam" the machine so that we can claim back our credits, restart the machine and then play again.

Thanks to all the game developers for the emulator, making it possible to play any Arcade game at the convenient of our desktop. Now you can play KOF, Photo hunt, Soccer and many other just by installing the Emulator on your PC. I had provided some links to download. So interested can just explore a bit.

Oh my god, Sango 2 my favorite game in secondary school. Used to spend so many hours with hsiong wei they all to beat the game. One token play 2 hour. Get all item and king etc. Good game to play, a lot to explore. Something like Dungeon and Dragon. The links download you a Emulator named "Nabula" and also with their roms inside. SPB TV streams channel through 3G service and also Wifi, so those who want absolutely free, you had to be near a hot spot or router.

First up, I must say that it isn't as great as cable TV or MOB TV. However it doesn't really provide 100 plus channel from across the world. Some of them you might not like, but there is sure some which you might be interested in. Note that this is a symbian version, if you are using Window Mobile or Ipod, you had to find other ways.

What you will need?

I love you forever. It is rubbish

"I love you forever" is the worst joke I ever heard. Especially from people who don't even know what is love.

I never believe it at all, not even once. I strongly believe that love had to be felt rather than to be heard.

How many times we had heard this line of lies and then looking back to see that the one who supposedly to love forever had fell in love with his/her new love. Sometime even we are the person who told these lies. If you stopped loving someone, then you had never even loved them at the first place. All liar and cheater.

Therefore, I never believe in saying this. When you are telling the words "love forever", you are not telling about the future that you will love the person to the very last day of yours and their lives, it is just merely a committed promise that you verbally said to undertake towards the future. And with the saying that "promises are mend to be broken", how come people are so naive to believe in them. Even till the day when we get married, we vowed in front of the pester doesn't even make any different with those that we said over the phone. So wake up and don't be so naive.

Of course, I am not implying that true love doesn't exist. Yes of course there will be true love for everyone some day. But I believe actions speak louder than words. Love can be more passionately expressed compared to just pronouncing these 3 syllabus. So think twice when you had the urge to say "I forever you forever", because it takes a life time of commitment to fulfill.

"Love at first sight", I don't think that can be happening if we reflect deep into the meaning of love. In order to love a person, you had to first known him/her inside out, you been out of sometime, discovering the strength and weakness, and to the point where you can except the person as a whole, overlooking all the flaws and excepting all their weakness. Till then you can look into the relationship and ask yourself, do you really love this person.

How irrational to say you that you can love at first sight? I think "lust at first sight" is more appropriate. Yes. All of us can lust. And lust easily and quickly. I lusting you... Sometime, I just think that "love at first sight" is second most rubbish thing I can hear after "I love you forever".

Lastly, even if you really realize that you loves your girlfriend or wife. Don't abuse the words. These are words that used at a particularly correct moment would generate affections, but too much it will eventually lost it magical effects. Similarly applying to the word "SORRY!" The simple way make "I love you" magical and powerful is by keeping it scarce by rarely using it.
