Gift exchange for Christmas 2015

Christmas eve celebration is very special this year. I did something really stupid. Firstly i brought present for a girl whom had a BF, secondly, I helped a girl to buy present for her BF. Both incident just show that how stupid and moron I can be. But well, I did it anyway. 

This year present I put in the most effort, I hate festive celebration, I hate crowds and the absent of taxi after countdown. Uber should consider extending service for midnight during holiday eve. 

I shopped around for an ideal gift. Its not easy, first i want something that can be used on a daily basis, then it need to be able to replace the one that she already had. So since her bag was getting old, why not. 

Of course exchanging gift should not be so simple without surprises. I plan to surprise her during gift exchange. 

I purposely told her that i had put in a lot of effort in the gift and she will definitely like the gift that i brought. I want to build up her expectation, so she can be more disappointed that way. Subsequently I find something really lame and boring to replace the gift. I found a car diffuser which she had absolutely no use for. I wrap it in a credit card application form, I tried to make it look as rugged as possible. This is to create the roller coaster effect. 

After I finish my "useless" gift, i got her a post card and wrote some really nice and sweet stuff. This is to enhance the whole experience after she unfold the "real" gift. Well. Video speaks a million words. 

Christmas eve by right should go to garden by the bay, but was replace by going to USS. However just got tired and decided to stay home and watch 志在四方2. It may not be the best way to count down Christmas but fuck it. It the accompany!

Love is ironic. While sometime you put in heart and soul into a relationship but then the other person just put in all her effort into another person. This is so typically lame. Sometime when the spark is not right, no matter how hard you try the person will just leave you. Haha. I am really laughing at how stupid it is.

For the past 5 months, I was in love. Deeply and madly maybe is just that thing that I had to work hard for tends to be more precious or it is just the way it is. Most of the time the things you hold the most desperately to is those that you had never had.

This kind of attention had to stop. Its hurting me emotionally, physically and spiritually. It even had affected my job. Now I am slowly getting out of it, how can I judge? By my sales number :) The more I am in love the lesser customer I had. Now my number is climbing because I had shift back my focus to work again. I had became introvert again. Don't like to hang out with anyone. My batteries are low now recharging.

I don't blame anyone because I always believe in going after the one you love rather the one that loves you. Cause giving is better than receiving. At least you love having the feeling of you doing something great to the person you love.

Although I had my fair share of chances, at least that I had been given plenty. I didn't cherish and let us down. Its me. I hate myself for not being the best and I love that I had grew up even more. I know how to handle this kind of stuff in the future. The next one on the list, you are lucky thank to us I will not do the same mistake as I had learnt.

For Christmas 2015. I love having to met you once. We crossed path and I am grateful. If fate will to bring us together again I will love you more and not you slip out of my hand. That for god's defined plan. I bless us all the best while us looking for our future undertaking. Not much I had done but this is the memento I did for us you.

One shot at things, no regret

If life sometime we got one shot at things and if you fucked it up, You are fucked, for good. Period. Not amount of regrets can change things back to the initial stage. I fucked up on the most precious things I valued for the last 5 months. Well. Can't blame anyone.



On the sliver lining, before I part xiao huang, 2 days after that good night I received surprise present from PL. She is such a sweet heart, she say that must be something to symbolise the memorable event. She got me something I really wanted and will use it almost on a daily basis. She remember that I like gift that are practical. XOXO

Even after everything, she still so nice to keep me accompanied for dinner when I am bored, something she will take the effort to travel all the way down to take her yoga class if i work in town. I dun like the office job that she took up, and hope she never leave insurance. Because then, our timing was so matched and we had more time for each other.

Christmas came early for her too. I brought her a shawl, cause I reckon she will be cold in the office and shawl can be tie into lots of pattern and will not get tired easily. Oh. by the way, shawl is 围脖 and its means something when you give it as a present :)

Lastly, I had decided to sell off my xiao huang. I brought it because I want my 4 babies to have a good ride together with me. And if that is no longer possible, I would not want to ride him alone. 触景伤情。I shall end off with positive note. Thanks everything and miss xiao huang and PL.

With these kind of money what can be get out of it? Maybe a watch? May a car!!!! Yes. I just upgraded my car. Was really tore between kelisa and swift sport and in the end go with the one with slightly better performance albeit a little bit pricey. Swift sport is one of the top editor choice for one of the year, cannot look too shabby working in my industry. However i really like kelisa riderability and value of money. Too many cool mod for kelisa too. 

Me and NPL went into JB without map and wonder the whole night in seek of car servicing and we were all lost and manage to "stumble" into Taman Sentosa. We were a little baby step closer. Had supper at one of a famous duck kueh tiao near custom. 

Had my swift done my first servicing in the afternoon the next day and we ate bua ku teh beside LS cafe where a lot of singaporean patronised there. Xiao huang also had a good bath looking all smart :)

We brought a lot of malaysian biscuit back for our parent.

Looks like I can't chase a women. I am ashamed to say that I didn't manage to woe the girl I like in my life time. So sad to say that. There is 2 persons that I really put in heart and soul. I always thought that you have to give love to receive love. However when I give love, I got friend zoned. Always!!!

Throw back to age 19, when I met Karen at L****house. She is the first lady I chase in my life. Some of the memory and stuff that happen at that moment is still vivid in my mind. I remember that time when we watched MVP qing ren and the song grew on me.

I know I looked noob when I was 19. And that time my best army friends also like Karen so we both chase together. I reckon that time was I was too passive. Didn't take enough initiative and now of cause she is happily married and I am happy for her. She is my first regret which I cannot become couple no matter how hard I tried.

So as time goes by, I think I need to be more aggressive, more straight forward and honest. Does it work this time round? 

No!! After like 12 years till now I met with someone whom I throw heart and soul again. I was friend zoned. Again.

Let go into commercial first and enjoy the "噢爸什么都可以" song. This is the variety show that we had enjoyed watching together. Albeit half together half watch alone. In the video is 崔始源 also named "O Ba" whom is a rich, tall, built, handsome and gentleman kind of person, of cause whatever also can lah.

If given so handsome I everything also can. I summarized my failure this time. I was too open and honest already. I exposed all my weakness and flaws very openly and that will be people who cannot accept. Albeit I still think that what happened in the past cannot determine a person character.

I was also too aggressive. I reveal my affection too early. But I didn't know that thru my previous failure of being too passive with karen, this case of mine is just not the opposite, I should let it, 顺其自然，顺水推舟，水到渠成。

Being ugly looking also make everything slightly more difficult. You know when you are cuter, all the 择偶其实都是过眼云烟。I should be more aware to my appearance.

Last but not least, lets watch the 主题曲 我们相爱吧。This song will definitely remind my failed love attempt. 

32 Birthday at Johor

Today is my birthday and I took 4 day leave from work, i had the whole day today with PL. We had not been going out too often, I think we had only went out twice including today in the morning for a whole day event. First time was where we go to east coast to picnic.

Today we had an itinerary planned out at Johor, we going in at around noon time and go and had our lunch at Jalan Segget. Which supposed to be Ya Hua gui teow was they had closed early due to sold out. We end up having lunch at Huang Di Ya just beside.

After lunch we moved to Holiday Plaza to window shop so knock off and pirated CDs. A lot of handphone casing so we both had our handphone skin and metal bumper. I got myself a couple of Blue Ray and Mac video editing software.

Sept birthday sprees

This month is my birthday month and i gave myself lots of reason to go on a spree. Best buy of the month G Steel series G shock. Though priced at $320 after discount, this AP look alike is a head turner. I didnt short of comment and compliment how great it looks. Its one of the buy which i will garner value over time the most. Note that this watch run in solar and internal battery, if you are not wearing the watch just leave it on the table top to recharge and it will conserve internal battery :)

PS4 is on my list and i brought it this month when i didnt win first in casa challenge. I was awarded ipad mini2 instead. I sold the ipad asap and its non cellular. Brought PS4 titles, until dawn and resident evil revelation 2. Peilin join me in a 3 hour gameplay into "until dawn". Its a thriller game with butterflies effects depending on the different choices you made in the game gave u different ending. Waiting for fallout 4 and GTA 5. I hope someone can buy me this PS4 titles. $359+$60+$60 

Sold off the lousy gift. Cash back $340

I brough my shrimp aquarium with attempt to aqua landscaping. To avoid hazzle i custom make mine from the shop keeper cause i can't wait to breed my shrimps. Inbrought 7 shrimps and 2 of them is pregnanted. They gave birth 6 small shrimp after 2 weeks. Shall show off them when they grow larger. $180 poorer.   

Went to commonwealth carmart to window shop for car. Almost impulsed to buy Honda Fit 1.3. Scary. I gave a secodn thought in the end. Also looking at acyron, and honda CRz

Annual depreciation is around 12k. Really need to hold my thoughts on this kind of liability. Unless i going insurance if not, car is a no go for me while working in citi. 

VOE 2015 and outing to Attitude

This month got a chance to visit KL for VOE and we are extremely extremely bless with good luck to be allocate to KL instead of our usual Bangkok. On the 2nd day of our 

LOL to this group of people. Yi Dai is activating full battle order in Sept when the 慈禧太后 is not around. Happy hours and happy hours coming and surprise we will be over performing when we are happy - I N G.

Riggit drop to all time low now 1sgd to 3.02 riggit. When we exchanged we got the rate of 2.98. Still consider high. The whole VOE trip had got anything to do with our company is this mandatory dinner with departments head and play the ice breaker games. The rest is all about drink drank drunk. 

I do however stay indoor most of the time to take break over all the stressful works.

One particular night dunno when, i brought NPL to try her first night at Thai Disco Icon 2. Saw sheng ge they at the table, swap to Attitude out of the blue. The scenery is breath taking.

I was always the more happier one. She is a person who is very nice when being nice. We enjoyed hang out a lot and i m her BFF :( She lacks good male companion and by me being quite feminine I fit her BFF zone.  

Funny night, we had bombay sappahire and MOET. I was so drunk lah, i think we danced Salsa. Attitude is an expensive place. Enough of clubbing this month already. Pay cut!!!

Epicurean Market at MBS

Whoa 2 things I like to share with you all in this post. First one will be one of my favourite road show so far. Epicurean market at MBS where all the celebrities chief host their menu in bite size and reduced price all at one place. The hall is big and its general split into 2 session. There is one side which is the dining area almost close to 20 different restaurant had their kiosk servicing their signature dish. The other half of the hall generally is the take away session where you can take home top class ingredients and wine, cheeze and oyster!!

You know I like Gordon Ramsay and although he is not physically here, I am so excited to try out all the good stuff that he got to offer at his kiosk.

Price wise is steep, for my spending capacity, Prepare to set aside a $80 - $100 per person to even get your stomach 3/4 full. First killer is that the entry fee is $28 just to have access into the Epicurean market. So before you even start eating you are already $28 poorer. Usually for me I will not even bother to come into this place to start with.

Dickson convinced me on a quite valid point. This food you not going to try that often maybe even not at all you had the chance. I heard that one of the restaurant that he went with his GF for reservation 2 person set dinner is $700 each. This are the food that are offered on sampling at a fiction of the price and portion. Hence that could be the only time that you can try out.

Picnic experience at Pasir Ris

This month is dating month for me. I hanged out with PL for almost very alternate day from one month. It all started from a simple movie at PS. And the date invitation from me is relentless. From Movie, Cludding, Dinning, Shopping and most of the time just watching drama together.

 Where is the best place to watch drama? We liked staying in the car and watch drama and eat supper together. The most outrageous meal we had on the car is sting ray, tulan soup with baked bread and bar chor mee from bedok 85. Some of the places we like to park the vehicle are not limited to kallang leisure carpark, mount faber and pearl's park at top of the hill. This is just to get serenity without much people walking around us. Nothing fishy is going on, pure entertainment on Ipad and Divoom speaker.

The outing starting to get mundane and I had brain storm to better ideas to hang out, and we wanna try picnic. This planned outing I had been preparing for like a week and slowly getting all the equipment ready and wait for a best time where are we both free from our hectic job and so happen the Jubilee celebrations. Yeah.

 Got my tent, picnic basket, wine, glass, choco fondue, tidbits and we booked our camping site at pasir ris park. We had an kite making bet which I am suppose to create a kite that can fly. Interesting so on the holiday we travel from bedok to jurong big box and Imm to get all the material to create my kite.

We depart at 2pm and by the time we got all the stuff ready and we are almost till dinner time, she treated me at "san pan liang sheng" (三螽两件). We went to west coast to recce and then decide to camp at Pasir Ris. By the time we reach is already 10pm and its not conducive to fly kite anymore. The tent took minimum effort to set up but the weather is so hot and humid I got sweaty really quick. We do our kite chop chop and she commented that my kite building suck so she allows me to increase my ante of the bet. There is no wind for my kite to set up so the kite failed terribly. But I had not given up, I consider I haven start testing the kite. The date of flying will be postphone to a time where we can be at marina barrage on a afternoon. We also bought fishing rod from diso for freaking $2. Wanted to do shore fishing at a jetty but too many activities I had to postphone it to later date.

End up we went into the tent to watch some show and lay around. Its too hot and I think we stayed for like 2 hours and decided to go back to car watch better. Haha. Nice try although all kinds of fail but I still enjoy unique experience of doing new things together.

Fishing and Kite flying is on the wishlist. Need more preparation. Meanwhile we finished my first picnic of my life. Not very enjoyable but we got more experience in the future like taking our own BBQ tray which uses not more than disposable trays. This will come useful next time when we had another outing.
