How to scrap business email from google search engine

For sales whom target business owner. Many time I need to hunt the web for potential company to prospect. Lead scrapping from google engine is a good place to start. The whole process takes less than 3 minutes and I am able to farm a good 100 website and email address quickly.

And this is how I do it.

Collect Website List

Search google for business category:

• On google search engine search for example : "education companies in Singapore"
• Search search engine setting, set result per page to 100
• Ctrl + A or Command + A to select all and copy text
• Go to this website and paste the text
• Do the same and repeat

Clean up website list

Do not be lazy and just copy and paste then generate. Lead generation is about quality and not quantity. Usually I will eye ball and remove all non SME business website. Usually they will content website extension like .edu / .gov / .org. Bigger company like these are not my profile hence I will be removing them and keep the list to 50.

Go to WEB EMAIL FINDER to extract email addresses and phone numbers from any websites, limited to 100 result per day.

Extract the business email

Usually I will study the list and make sense with the data. Depend on the business profile that I am working with, which is Singapore SME companies with revenue more than 1mil to 5mil. Hence, I will think along the line of, technology implementation, traffic volume, contact number extension (foreign or local owned).
